Portuguese Wine Article - NY Times

Can’t pass up mentioning this article.
FOR a country renowned in the Age of Exploration for its seafaring adventures and colonies, Portugal has lived much of its wine-producing life in splendid isolation.
So starts an Article in the NY Times today, by Eric Asimov, mentioning the rise in quality of Portuguese wines you can find today. Ever since my first trip to Portugal 3 years ago, I have been bugging everyone I know about the incredible quality that is present outside of the strong Port wine tradition we all know so well. So stay tuned as I mentioned before I have all of my Portuguese Vocabulary(spoken by a native Portuguese wine lover) ready to post and I also hope to get some new reviews up on some Portuguese wines. For now though enjoy the article….
Till soon, Ryan Opaz
