Gabriella and I are just minutes from heading out the door to Norway for X-Mas. We get a 2 week vacation with our Norwegian relatives and we’re looking forward to it for sure. Don’t worry though, we’ll be posting from up there and keeping up to date. In fact we hope to have a Cava article in time for the new year and a story of Gabriella’s first “big” tasting.
