Mission
To catalog and describe all Iberian wine varietals, regions, and lost wines. By systematically logging all wine grapes and regions we hope to preserve the knowledge that we come across as we travel through the Iberian Pennisula.
This document will be propagated with information that is included first on Catavino. With time this may become a project unto itself, but for now it will be a place to start lists and leave tidbits of information as we stumble across them.
